The Jr. College with an experience of seventeen years offers the Science stream. It is situated in the New Palace Area and is run by the Rajaram Chhatrapati Memorial Education Trust under the Presidentship of Shri. Shahu Chhatrapati Maharaj with the guidance of eminent educationists.

ADMISSIONS

Admissions are open.

Donations are not taken for admitting students to the college.

hThe duly filled admission form for the Std. XI should be submitted along with one copy each of the  

    marksheet & the school leaving certificate. After the admission is granted, the annual fees for the Std. XI   

    should be paid immediately.

hThe annual fees for Std. XII should be paid by 15^th March, 2024.

hThe student should show the receipt of the fee in the Office to confirm admission.

 FEES

 Fees may be paid by any of the following methods: -

1)      By swiping your credit/debit card in the School Office.                                           

2)      By depositing cash / cheque in the Central Bank of India, Laxmipuri Branch S B A/c No. 1715696893

            of Rajaram Chhatrapati Memorial Education Trust. The name of the student and standard should

be clearly mentioned on the bank chalan and the same should be written on the counterfoil

and preserved properly for any future reference.

hFees once paid will not be refunded.

hOur Jr. College does not receive any grants from the Government.

hThe fees may be increased if and when necessary.

hStudents who have passed Std X, Std XI from CBSE, ICSE or any other board other than the State

 

    Board should submit their Migration Certificate along with their other documents.

In case a student wishes to change his group of subjects within a certain period, he may do so by

following procedures which may be prescribed from time to time and an addition fee of Rs. 1500/-

for every change will have to be paid by student.

 

EXAMINATION PATTERN AND ATTENDANCE:

hStandards 11 & 12 will have the reduced portion confirmed by the board. There will be no SEMESTERS.

hThe total marks for each subject will include the marks for theory, practicals & internal assessment.  

hA minimum of 35% in each subject in each exam should be scored for promotion from 11^th to 12^th std.

hOral examination will be conducted for languages.

hProject work should be submitted for Environmental Studies in the 12^th std.

hRegular attendance (min. 80%) is compulsory for theory & practicals.

hThe above fees are applicable for the year 2023-2024 & 2024-2025

  

DISCIPLINE:

hRefinement of manners, habits of obedience & order, neatness in person & dress & punctuality are

    required at all times.

hMobiles should be switched-off when in the college premises. 

hFour-wheelers will not be allowed in the college premises.

hParking rules should be followed by students using two-wheelers.

hDamage done to college property will be charged to the students.

hDoubts & Complaints should be taken to the Supervisor.

hA serious action will be taken against misbehavior, bullying & ragging.   

hThe issued identity card should be carried/ worn daily by the students.

h The prescribed uniform is available & compulsory, and should be worn daily.

CULTURAL:

hStudents should take part in the celebrations for Shiv-Jayanti, Shahu Jayanti, Ganesh Festival, Dahi-Handi,

   & Diwali. They may participate in the Carnival, Gathering, Sports Day, Send-off & class picnics, as and

   when practical.

GENERAL:

hThe 11^th Std. of the Jr. College will open when official opening will be permitted. Meanwhile teaching will     

    be carried out ON-LINE.

TIMINGS:

hFrom 10 to 4 and may be changed as and when required for theory and practical.

          Chhatrapati Shahu Vidyalaya is an English medium co-education school. It is situated in the New Palace Area.

 

The school is run by Rajaram Chhatrapati Memorial Education Trust under the direction of Shri.Shahu Chhatrapati Maharaj with the guidance of eminent educationists.

The school was started on 24th June 1985 with a humble strength of 180 students, 6 sections and a staff of 7 teachers. It now has a strength of 2124 students and 110 teachers i.e. the teacher : student ratio is 1:20.

Donations are not accepted by the school for admitting students to any class.

25 glorious years have passed since C.S.V was founded way back in 1985. It is the first English medium school which has its roots strongly embedded in the Indian culture and tradition.

Under a lot of skepticism and criticism, the school has emerged stronger and offers hope to students from all sections of society. The school works on a slightly different pattern by giving due importance to cultural, sports and co-curricular activities along with academics. One more unique feature of the school is the Special Awards which are given to students to motivate and encourage them. Students yearn to be the proud recipients of these coveted awards. The Shahaji Chhatrapati Award :- Consisting of Rs.15000/- in cash is given to a student for General Proficiency in Academic, Extra-Curricular and Co-curricular activities of the school. The Rajaram Chhatrapati Award :- Consisting of Rs.12000/- is given to a student for outstanding Academic performances. The Punyasheel Rajmata Pramilaraje Chhatrapati Award :- Consisting of Rs.12000/- is given for outstanding Cultural Activities. The Shahu Chhatrapati Award :- Consisting of Rs.12000/- is given for outstanding Sports Activity.
