 The Jr. College with an experience of twelve years offers the Science stream. It is situated in the New Palace Area and is run by the Rajaram Chhatrapati Memorial Education Trust under the Presidentship of Shri. Shahu Chhatrapati Maharaj with the guidance of eminent educationists.

hRefinement of manners, habits of obedience & order, neatness in person &

    dress & punctuality are required at all times.

hMobiles should be switched-off when in the college premises. 

hFour-wheelers will not be allowed in the college premises.

hParking rules should be followed by students using two-wheelers.

hDamage done to college property will be charged to the students.

hDoubts & Complaints should be taken to the Supervisor.

hA serious action will be taken against misbehavior, bullying & ragging.   

hThe issued identity card should be carried/ worn daily by the students.

hThe prescribed uniform is available & compulsory.

 

CULTURAL:

hThe years cultural activities start with a warm welcome for all incoming

    first year students.

hStudents will take part in the celebrations for Shiv-Jayanti, Shahu Jayanti,

    Ganesh Festival, Dahi-Handi, & Diwali. They can participate in the

    Carnival, Gathering, Sports Day, Send-off & class picnics.

 

GENERAL :

hThe 11^th Std. of the Jr. College will open on Wednesday 15^th July 2014.

hThe school store supplies Books and Stationery.

ADMISSIONS :-

Admissions are open for stds. 11 & 12.

Donations are not taken for admitting students to the college.

hThe duly filled admission forms for stds.11 & 12 should be submitted

    along with the original mark list & school leaving certificate. After

    admission is granted, the annual fees  should be paid immediately.

 

hThe student should show the receipt of the fee in the Office to

    confirm admission.

 

 hAll fees should be paid in the Central Bank of India, Laxmipuri Branch,   S B A/c No. 1715696893 and the name of the student and standard should be clearly mentioned on the bank chalan and the same should be written on the counterfoil and preserved properly for any future reference.

 

hFees once paid will not be refunded.

 

hOur Jr. College does not receive any grants from the Government. Hence

    the fees should be paid in time. The fees may be increased if and when

    necessary.

 

hStudents who have passed Std X, Std XI from CBSE, ICSE or any other board other than the State Board should submit their Migration Certificate along with their other documents.

 

EXAMINATION PATTERN AND ATTENDANCE:

hStandards 11 & 12 will have the full years portion. There will be no

    SEMESTERS.

hThe total marks for each subject will include the marks for theory, practicals & internal assessment. 

hA minimum of 35% in each subject in each exam should be scored for promotion.

hOral examination will be conducted for languages.

hProject work should be submitted for EVS.

hRegular attendance (min. 80%) is compulsory for theory & practical’s.
